The advice that appears in the young people's books has helped me a lot, especially the advice that has to do with situations related to school, how to be a good friend and how to choose my friends. Above all, they have helped me to have a good conscience and encouraged me to continue serving Jehovah with joy.
Personally, the "Animated Whiteboard" videos have been very useful to me, since they have shown me practical advice based on The Bible, but explained in a simple way how to use the networks well, how to have good friendships and how to have a happy family.
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT
Jehovah loves children very much and has shown it by giving them the advice and help they need. For example, at the 1978 “Victorious Faith” international assembly, “My Book of Bible Stories” was presented. Children around the world fell in love with this book. Since then, this book has helped millions of people to faithfully love and serve God. Jehovah.
The story that always impressed me was that of Samson, especially because of the drawings in my book of Biblical stories, it looked so real, the strength that Jehovah gave him and how he helped him, it reminded me that if I disobeyed Jehovah I would lose his approval and I would not It would give me strength like Samson. When you know the truth as a child, you go to school and you feel so different, remembering that Jehovah can help you and give you strength, thus giving you the courage you need to continue being faithful to Jehovah.
Even before The Watchtower published some articles that served as the basis for the book: "Listening to the great teacher" then a review was published with new drawings titled: "Let's learn from the great teacher" it teaches us what qualities a friend should have, I really like the chapter 35, we can wake up from death because before I was afraid, but now I know that Jesus can resurrect us if something happens to us, that's why I'm not afraid anymore.
In 2006, despertad magazine began publishing activities and riddles for children of various ages, and jw.org has included more than 40 sheets of Biblical characters, illustrated Bible stories, games, coloring activities, and two sections titled my first lessons of the Bible for young children, and from parents to children for older children, and how can I forget the series: “Become a friend of Jehovah” by Caleb and Sofia, help me become brave for Jehovah. A little magazine pamphlet called “My First Bible Lessons,” which I read when I was younger, talked about things to be grateful for, like paradise and what Jehovah gives us and friends.
And what has Jehovah given to teenagers or almost teenagers? In the early 70s, articles were written to help young people face the challenges of becoming adults. These articles were the basis of the book: "Your Youth Making the Best of It" and later: "What Young People Do" They ask practical answers" and on the Internet they have been published, for example, the brochure: "Answers to 10 questions from young people" The videos: "What other young people think" and those on the "animated whiteboard" and films that deal with very serious topics and sometimes it is very personal.
When I was in primary school, they made fun of me a lot, it was very difficult, when the video came out I was impressed, I felt that Jehovah was speaking to me, yes Jehovah loves children and young people and continues to show his love to many wonderful gifts. People of all ages, but especially children, will enjoy this new book with 240 pages and 103 lessons, the illustrations are new. And to make them, a lot of research has been done into how they manage to reflect the characters' feelings and make the stories come to life.
Parents, would you like to use the summary of important lessons? The important thing is that your children learn in each section. Each chapter has review questions and a Biblical text that summarizes it. For example, the Biblical text of the lesson: "Hannah asks Jehovah for a child" is Matthew 7:7 "Keep asking and it will be given to you, keep seeking and you will find." This text indicates the theme of the story and parents can use it to highlight the main lesson of the story. We hope that all children and adults enjoy this gift from our loving father Jehovah, while learning new lessons from the Bible.
