Analysis of Lesson 102: John Has a Revelation

How many visions does John see?

John sees 16 visions or images of the future that Jesus showed him while he was imprisoned on the island of Patmos. In them, he sees how Jehovah's name will be sanctified, how his Kingdom will come, and how his will will be fulfilled both in heaven and on earth.

What will Jesus do in the war of Armageddon?

In the battle of Armageddon, Jesus will lead his heavenly army to defeat Satan’s wicked world. In doing so, he will end Satan’s rule and help fulfill Jehovah’s purpose, ushering in a world of peace where all worship Jehovah alone.

What does this account teach us about Jehovah?

This account teaches us that Jehovah always keeps his promises and will accomplish his purpose. He will sanctify his name, fully establish his Kingdom, defeat Satan and wickedness, and make it possible for there to be peace, harmony, and pure worship in heaven and on earth, where all honor him alone.

What practical lessons can we learn?

We can learn that we must trust fully in Jehovah and continue to worship him faithfully, knowing that he will fulfill all his promises. We are also encouraged to support God’s Kingdom, give glory to Jehovah, and remain steadfast, confident that Jesus will ultimately defeat Satan and bring peace and harmony to the entire earth.

Analysis of Lesson 103: “Thy Kingdom Come”

What will life on Earth be like with the Kingdom of God?

Life on earth with God’s Kingdom will be happy, peaceful, and perfect. Jehovah will eliminate suffering: there will be no more crying, pain, sickness, or death. The earth will become a beautiful paradise where everyone will enjoy good health, abundant food, and good homes. People will live in peace, without wickedness, cruelty, or violence, and animals will live peacefully alongside humans.

Satan, the demons, and wicked people will be no more, and all will worship Jehovah together. There will also be an exciting resurrection of those who have died, and we will be able to welcome and live with faithful servants of the past, such as Abel, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Moses, Ruth, Esther, and David. We will always have rewarding work and learn more and more about Jehovah, enjoying the blessings of his Kingdom forever.

Of all the people we've read about in this book, who would you like to meet in Paradise?

I would like to meet Noah to learn how he maintained his faith while building the ark, and Abraham, for his loyalty and faithfulness to Jehovah. It will be very exciting to be able to learn directly from them when they are resurrected and we work together to make the earth a paradise.

What does this account teach us about Jehovah?

This account teaches us that Jehovah deeply loves mankind and always keeps his promises. Even though Adam and Eve disobeyed, Jehovah did not change his purpose for the earth to be a paradise.

It teaches us that Jehovah wants us to live happily ever after, without suffering, sickness or death, and that through his Kingdom he will eliminate wickedness, resurrect the dead and fill the earth with peace and justice.

What practical lessons can we learn?

One practical lesson we can learn is that we should fully trust in Jehovah's promises, because he always fulfills what he promises.

This story teaches us that we should draw closer to Jehovah each day, obey him, and remain faithful, without losing hope of living in Paradise.

This account encourages us to persevere and to put God's Kingdom first, with the confidence that Jehovah will reward those who serve him faithfully.
