Make return visits (4 mins.) INFORMAL PREACHING. The person is thinking about attending the Memorial. Answer their questions about what happens there (lmd lesson 9 point 3).
Publisher: Hello, Nice to see you again. How has it been?
Assistant: Hello, good, thank you. I was just thinking about what we talked about the other time about the commemoration.
Publisher: I'm glad to hear that, because it's a special event. What would you like to know about the commemoration?
Assistant: The truth is that I don't know what they are going to do there and I have doubts about whether I should attend.
Publisher: The commemoration is a very important gathering, the most important for Christians. It talks about the death of Jesus, what is involved in his sacrifice and how it benefits us today.
Assistant: But what exactly do they do in that meeting?
Publisher: First it explains why Jesus died and what that means for us. The event is then commemorated as he instituted it: emblems are used, which are unleavened bread and red wine. They are passed among those present as symbols, just as Jesus did with his disciples the night before he died.
Assistant: But do all attendees have to participate in these emblems?
Publisher: Not all attendees take it. The Bible shows that only a small group has the heavenly hope and participates in them. Most of us who attended there just watched with respect, remembering the love of Jesus and how his sacrifice benefits us.
Assistant: But I'm not sure if I want to go, I don't want to feel uncomfortable.
Publisher: I understand, but don't worry, it is a simple and respectful event, designed so that anyone can attend and understand its meaning. No one is forced to participate in anything. Only the importance of Jesus' sacrifice is explained. If you want, you can attend and see how it is done.
Assistant: It sounds interesting. Where will it be?
Publisher: It will be in [name of place] on [day and time]. I can share the invitation with the exact address.
Assistant: Of course, I would like to see it.
Publisher: I'm very glad you're interested. I'm sure you'll like it. If you want, we can even go together and I can help you get there. Would you like us to meet before?
Assistant: Sure, gladly, see you then. See you soon!
