Why should we take care of our safety?

Because as Acts 17:28 mentions, life is a valuable gift from God, that is why we must respect it by giving importance to safety every day, for example, Jehovah's organization does everything possible so that there is no accident at all times. work and in our daily life.

And we see the example of a brother who is going to preach or study, but while he is driving he begins to see his cell phone and is distracted, which almost caused a terrible accident, and he realized that the problem was his overconfidence , thus reminded that you should always take precautions for everything we do.

And on the other hand we see that the sister who was almost run over, that experience also served her to realize that before doing something, we must think and observe the possible risks of each action we do, even when we are indoors.

Also, for example, during the construction or maintenance of kingdom halls and branches, the brothers are very prudent and always take into account the possible health risks that may exist and draw up a plan to work safely.

What specific things can we do to show that we care about safety?

We can do a risk assessment taking into account the rules even if it involves more time or money, and as we saw in the examples, we should never trust ourselves but rather take precautions and be prudent, even drawing up a security plan.

And as mentioned in Philippians 2: 4 we must not only see the risks thinking of ourselves, but also of the health of others, since, if we help others to see the risks, we can avoid accidents.
