APPLY YOURSELF TO THE FIELD MINISTRY, March 9-15, 2026, Make Return Visits: FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE. (Making Disciples: A Work of Love, Lesson 7, Section 4). Assignment Prepared.

Make return visits (4 min.) HOUSE TO HOUSE. Offer a Bible study to someone who accepted the Memorial invitation on the previous visit (lmd lesson 7 point 4).

Setting: During a previous visit, the publisher gave a person an invitation to the Memorial. On a subsequent visit, he asked if the person had had a chance to read it and explained that it was a very special event. Using a Bible text, he highlighted the importance of Jesus’ sacrifice. The person stated that he had not analyzed it very thoroughly, so the publisher offered a Bible study and they briefly discussed a point from the brochure “Enjoy Life.”

Publisher: Good afternoon, Mrs. [name]. It's so nice to hear from you again! Last week I left you an invitation about the Memorial of Jesus' death. Did you have a chance to see it?

Assistant: Good afternoon. Yes, I skimmed it. I found it interesting that it's such an important event and that anyone can attend.

Publisher: Yes, it is a very special event. Many people wonder, “Why was Jesus’ death so necessary?” In Matthew 20:28, the Bible says that he gave his life as “a ransom for many.” Have you ever thought about what that could mean for you and your family?

Assistant: Well, it sounds nice, but I'd never thought about it that deeply.

Publisher: It's normal. These are profound topics, but the Bible explains them simply. We actually offer a free Bible course that helps you understand these teachings step by step. (Shows the Enjoy Life booklet.) In lesson 1, we see how the Bible can give us real hope today. It might only take you 5 to 10 minutes a week. Would you like to see a short example now?

Assistant: Yes, if it doesn't take too long, we can look into it.

Publisher: (After briefly discussing a point) I really enjoyed your comment, Mrs. [name]. Before I go, I'd like to leave you with a question to ponder: “What hope does the Bible offer for our loved ones who have passed away?” What day would be best for you to discuss this at length?

Assistant: Saturday mornings are perfect for me.

Publisher: Perfect. So, is Saturday at 10:00 a.m. okay? I'll make a note of it and gladly come back. Have a great week!
