Make return visits (2 mins.) HOUSE TO HOUSE. The person is busy (lmd lesson 7 point 4).
Setting: During a brief return visit to the home of someone who had previously shown interest, the publisher resumes a previous Bible conversation about the hope God offers. Since the person is busy, they agree to meet another day at a coffee shop to continue the conversation in peace.
Publisher: Hi Mirna. How are you?
Assistant: Good, Carla. And you?
Publisher: Okay, thank you. Last time I agreed to come back to continue talking about the future God promises us, where there will be no more death or pain.
Assistant: Yes, I remember that conversation and the Bible verse you read to me. That gives me a lot of hope.
Publisher: I feel that way too. That's why I came to see you, to continue showing you the hope of a better future, where there will be no suffering.
Assistant: I understand, and I'd like to continue the conversation, but I'm quite busy right now.
Publisher: I understand perfectly. When do you think we could resume the conversation without rushing?
Assistant: How about we meet on Wednesday at 5 pm?
Publisher: That sounds perfect. I won't miss it.
Assistant: I'd like us to meet that day, but at the coffee shop on the corner; that way we'll have enough time to talk.
Publisher: Excellent. Then let's meet on Wednesday at 5 pm.
Assistant: Thank you for understanding.
Publisher: Thank you. I'll be there. Have a good day.
Assistant: Likewise.
