APPLY YOURSELF TO THE FIELD MINISTRY, December 22-28, 2025, Start conversations: FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE. (Making disciples: a work of love, Lesson 2, point 5). Assignment Prepared.

Start conversations (3 mins.) FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE. (lmd lesson 2 point 5).

Setting: During the house-to-house witnessing, the publisher starts a conversation with someone who expresses concern about the lack of food in the world. The publisher offers comfort by quoting a Bible verse that shows how Jehovah promises to end food shortages permanently in the future.

Publisher: Hi how are you?

Assistant: Hi, I'm fine. How can I help you?

Publisher: Today I'm talking to people about what the Kingdom of God will do for humanity. Under His Kingdom, God will eliminate suffering, pain, and death.

Assistant: Everything you're telling me is interesting. I've thought about it, but I have a worry that's been nagging at me.

Publisher: Tell me, what's worrying you?

Assistant: I'm worried about the lack of food. There are many people who don't have food; some go to bed on an empty stomach.

Publisher: I understand your concern. Did you know that God promises that very soon food shortages will be completely eliminated?

Psalm 72:16 says the following: “In the land there will be abundant grain, an extraordinary abundance on the mountaintops. The king’s fruit will grow like in Lebanon, and in the cities people will flourish like the vegetation of the land.”

Since cereals are not normally grown on mountain peaks, these words highlight how fertile the planet will be.

Based on what I've read, how will the problem of world hunger be solved?

Assistant: It says there will be plenty of grain. I suppose there will be a lot of food, right?

Publisher: Exactly. In fact, he says that instead of scarcity, there will be "extraordinary abundance." No one will ever suffer from being sick or from not having enough to eat again. What do you think?

Assistant: I find it very interesting.
