APPLY YOURSELF TO THE FIELD MINISTRY, September 29-October 5, 2025, Start Conversations: FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE. (Making Disciples: A Work of Love, Lesson 2, point 5). Prepared Assignment.

Start Conversations (3 min.) HOUSE TO HOUSE. Start a conversation with Watchtower 2025 No. 1. Then, when the person expresses interest in another topic, talk about what interests you (LMD lesson 2, point 5).

Setting: During the house-to-house preaching, the publisher discusses current issues, such as war and food shortages. Using Watchtower No. 1, 2025, and scriptures, the publisher presents a hope based on God's promises for a future without suffering.

Publisher: Hello how are you?

Assistant: Very well, thank you. What would you like?

Publisher: I'm talking to people about how interesting this information is. Have you read this magazine, The Watchtower? Have you heard of it?

Assistant: No, I haven't read it. What's it about?

Publisher: The theme is “A world without wars is possible”

Assistant: I find it interesting, but I have to admit I'm more interested in the issue of food scarcity. I find that worrying. Inequality in food distribution is a very serious problem in many countries. Don't you think it's something we need to address urgently?

Publisher: Yes, that's a major problem. Many people are going hungry, and it's a very serious problem.

Assistant: I would like to find a way to address the root of the problem.

Publisher: I understand, but did you know that God will soon bring the solution to all our problems? The Bible tells us of a future where there will be no more suffering or pain.

Assistant: Do you think things are going to get better?

Publisher: Yes, because the Bible says that God's government will be a just government, where there will be no more suffering, as shown in Revelation 21:3, 4, which says:

“Then I heard a loud voice coming from the throne, saying: ‘Look! The tabernacle of God is with mankind. He will reside with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will there be sorrow nor crying nor pain anymore. The former things have passed away.’”

This promise will be fulfilled when the Earth is in perfect condition, just as God always intended. Does that promise comfort you?

Assistant: Yes, it comforts me a lot. It makes me think there's hope for the future.

Publisher: What do you think if I come back another time and we continue talking about this topic?

Assistant: Sure, that's fine with me.
