Let's Examine the Scriptures Every Day 2022

Devotion to God offers a promise for the present life and the life to come (1 Tim. 4:8).
Parents, show your children by what you say and do that you love Jehovah from your heart. The greatest gift you can give them is to help them love Jehovah. And one of the most important lessons they can teach them is how to maintain a good program that includes study, prayer, meetings, and preaching (1 Tim. 6:6). Sure, they should give them the material things they need (1 Tim. 5:8). But remember, what will help your children survive the end of this old system and enter God's new world will not be material things, but their good friendship with Jehovah (Ezek. 7:19). How glad we are to see so many Christian parents making good decisions with the spiritual well-being of their family in mind. As usual, Those who have grown up in families like these do not lose the good habits they learned as children and are very grateful for the education they received (Prov. 10:22). w20.10 28, 29 pars. 10, 11
What can children learn from Jesus?
Obey your parents. Like Joseph and Mary, your parents are imperfect. But Jehovah has entrusted them with the responsibility of protecting you, educating you, and guiding you. You must listen to his advice and respect his authority "so that it may go well with you" (Eph. 6: 1-4).
According to Joshua 24:15, what decision must young people make for themselves?
Decide who you will serve. You have to prove for yourself who Jehovah is, what his will is, and how you can do it (Rom. 12:2). Only then can you make the most important decision of your life: to serve Jehovah (see Joshua 24:15; Eccl. 12:1). If you read and study the Bible regularly, your love for Jehovah and your faith in him will grow stronger.
What decision must the young people make, and what will be the result?
Focus your life on doing Jehovah's will. Satan's world promises that if you use your talents for your own benefit you will be happy. But in reality, those who focus their lives on material things cause themselves “a lot of pain” (1 Tim. 6:9, 10). Instead, if you listen to Jehovah and decide to put his will first, you will do well in life and “act wisely” (Josh. 1:8).
