How did these sisters encourage him?

The experiences in general of these sisters encourage us a lot, for example, the first sister acknowledges that she followed the law of least effort, but a speech about the young people and what they were doing with their lives made him meditate on what he was doing, he prayed Much to Jehovah and it changed her life, she became a pioneer and made an application to serve in construction, this teaches us that we should not settle for doing little for Jehovah but that we must give everything in our power.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

In this video we have the case of three sisters who encourage us in different ways to continue serving Jehovah. The first sister was a secretary and didn't really want to pioneer, but one day she heard a talk about the young people and what they were doing with their lives. That talk made her think that if she didn't want to pioneer, she needed to pray to Jehovah. So that helped her make a decision, which was to be a regular pioneer. Shortly after, she was invited to the construction site to do a cleaning job, well it was not what she expected. But she sees it as funny, she likes to see how Jehovah is happy with our work. This sister encourages us to see other alternatives and trust Jehovah. She did not like the idea of pioneering, but as we saw Jehovah helps us make good decisions.

The second sister works as a babysitter, she loves construction. She wanted to participate in a play but lived very far away. This is how he decided to talk to Jehovah to help him participate in the project. The sister got a home and work in the place where the work she wanted was located. After moving, she was invited to work as an outside volunteer on the new branch project. She was finally able to drive trucks, she feels good because she knows that she is well trained to do her job. As we can see, she encourages us not to give up on what we want, Jehovah will always support us and help us.

The third sister has a job that helps people with mental problems, but her husband's work had to do with construction, he also built kingdom halls. The sister always said that she knew nothing about construction and was only a pioneer. But she decided to join the construction because her husband liked it very much, but then her husband passed away. She decided not to go anymore, but the brothers helped her to continue going to the construction site. She decided to go back to construction, the brothers are very understanding and help her, the sister feels like family. This sister encourages us to draw closer to Jehovah even when we are going through difficult situations.

The three sisters are an example and an encouragement for all women, they encourage us to learn full-time service. Being on the construction site has encouraged them to be closer to Jehovah and thus they can depend on him. They thus occupy their time to serve Jehovah in the last days, they want to encourage them to serve full time, for them it is something that makes them very happy.

The second worked as a babysitter 3 days a week, she liked her job very much because it gave her the freedom to serve Jehovah, but she wanted to participate in a construction site, but it was far from where she lived, she asked Jehovah for help and put a plan in place, achieved his goal, and moved to the construction site.

As for the third sister, her husband had a job related to construction and had volunteered to build classrooms, but she still thought it was enough to pioneer and stay at home since she knew nothing about construction, then she decided join the work that her husband did, but he unfortunately passed away, but she was not discouraged although it was difficult but with the help of the brothers she returned to construction, indicating to us that no matter how complex situations we go through, we can continue to serve Jehovah fully.

We also see that none of these 3 sisters had knowledge in construction, but this was not an impediment for them, they allowed themselves to be trained by the brothers and until now they operate heavy machinery, so nothing is impossible because Jehovah is behind. We can also learn from the third example that we must always be ready to give them all the support that our brothers and sisters who are going through problems need, so that they can continue in Jehovah's ways.
