Demonstrate your trust in Jehovah's organization (15 mins.) Discussion with audience.
Why should we not be surprised that Jehovah uses imperfect men to lead his people today?
Malachi 2:7 shows that the priests had the responsibility to protect the knowledge and teach the Law of Jehovah. Although they were imperfect men, they had to fulfill this duty because they were his messengers. In the same way, today Jehovah uses imperfect men to guide his people, ensuring that they teach according to his word and not according to their own judgment. This reminds us that spiritual authority comes from Jehovah, not from human perfection.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
It should not be surprising that Jehovah uses imperfect men to lead his people today, because according to the Bible, God has used imperfect human beings throughout history to accomplish his will. Divine direction does not depend on the perfection of people, but on obedience to the will of God and his power to guide his people through imperfect human instruments.
Malachi 2:7 highlights that “the lips of the priest will keep knowledge, and from his mouth the law will be sought,” indicating that God appoints human leaders to guide the people. Although imperfect, these leaders have the responsibility to transmit divine truth and help others follow their path.
Throughout the Bible, Jehovah has used imperfect people like Moses and David, who, despite their failures, played a vital role in his plan. This underscores that divine direction does not depend on human perfection, but on the willingness to do God's will.
Why can we trust the guidance that Jehovah's organization gives us?
We can trust in the guidance that Jehovah's organization gives us through the faithful and prudent slave, appointed by Jesus himself. This slave demonstrates faithfulness by carefully fulfilling the responsibility of spiritually feeding Jehovah's servants just when they need it.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
We can trust in the guidance provided by Jehovah's organization because, according to Matthew 24:45, Jesus compared faithful and prudent servants to a steward who distributes food in due time. Jehovah's organization acts as that administrator, providing appropriate teaching and direction in due time, showing its faithfulness in fulfilling Christ's command to guide his people.
In Matthew 24:45, Jesus highlights the responsibility of the faithful and prudent servant, showing that the purpose of this servant is to care for others wisely and at the appropriate time. This principle applies to Jehovah's organization today, which strives to provide correct direction to believers according to the times and circumstances.
Confidence in Jehovah's organization is also supported by the fact that, as a faithful steward, the organization always seeks to guide believers toward the truth and practice of biblical principles. Consistency in teaching and applying these principles reinforces confidence in the reliability of the guidance provided.
When the people Jehovah trusts to guide us make a decision, why should we support them?
We should support it because we recognize that those who lead us have been appointed by Jehovah himself and care for our spiritual well-being. If we are obedient, we make their work easier, make them serve with joy, and receive blessings for our submissive attitude.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
We should support the decisions made by the people Jehovah trusts to lead us, as mentioned at Hebrews 13:17, because those people are accountable to God for their leadership work. The Bible encourages us to obey and submit to their guidance, as they do so with the intention of ensuring our spiritual well-being, which is in harmony with Jehovah's will.
Hebrews 13:17 tells us that we must obey our leaders and submit, as they watch over our souls as those who must give an account. This means that their responsibility before God gives them the motivation to make decisions that seek our spiritual good, which gives us reason to trust their guidance.
Supporting the decisions of Jehovah's appointed leaders is an act of trust in the system that He has established for the well-being of His people. By submitting to these decisions, we demonstrate respect for the order that Jehovah has established and collaborate in God's purpose of maintaining unity and peace in the congregation.

There is no doubt that Jehovah's organization is guided by Jehovah himself.
