Watchtower Study, Always Follow Jehovah's Guidance, April 29-May 5, 2024, Comments and Responses.

“I, Jehovah, am […] the one who guides you” (IS. 48:17).

1. Explain with an example why we should follow Jehovah's guidance.

Well, the world we saw resembles a jungle to us and we know the dangers that entails, wild animals, poisonous plants, risk of stumbling, then we see that Jehovah is the guide he gives us to avoid those dangers of that jungle.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

In this paragraph, life is compared to a jungle full of dangers, where we need an experienced guide to navigate the risks and reach our safe destination. Jehovah presents himself as that guide, who shows us the path to follow to avoid spiritual dangers and achieve eternal life. The lesson here is that trusting in Jehovah's guidance protects us from spiritual dangers and assures us of a promising future.

Just like if we get lost in a jungle that we are surrounded by dangers, we would appreciate the help of someone with experience to guide us and help us avoid all those dangers, because in the world it is like that jungle that is surrounded by dangers for our spirituality. and we will appreciate the help of Jehovah because he is the one who will guide us towards the path we must follow to avoid the dangers and reach the new world.

And an interesting question that is asked here is that we would really appreciate an expert guide, that is, someone who already has experience in that jungle who can guide us because this way we would avoid many of those dangers.

2. How does Jehovah guide us?

In this paragraph it is mentioned that Jehovah guides us mainly through his word, the Bible. And also through human representatives. These representatives, such as the faithful and prudent slave, circuit overseers, and congregation elders, provide us with spiritual guidance and practical advice in dealing with difficulties. The lesson is that we must be open to receiving Jehovah's guidance through different channels, recognizing that his wisdom manifests itself in various ways.

We also have the visit of the circuit overseers along with the elders who also advise us and encourage us.

3. What will we analyze in this article?

Yes, to strengthen confidence in the guidance of imperfect men appointed by Jehovah, we are going to analyze how Jehovah guided his people in biblical times, how he is guiding us today and what are the benefits of always following his guidance.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Here arises the difficulty we sometimes face in following Jehovah's guidance, especially when it comes through imperfect people. However, the importance of trusting that Jehovah is guiding his people and following his direction is highlighted. The article aims to analyze how Jehovah guided his people in biblical times. how he guides us today and the benefits of following his guidance. The lesson is that by understanding how Jehovah has guided his people in the past and how they do so in the present, we strengthen our confidence in following his direction for our own spiritual benefit.

As the paragraph tells us that it is not easy, because it comes mainly from imperfect men, then it says that perhaps they tell us that what we want to hear, we may think that their advice is impractical and misguided and therefore it cannot come from Jehovah. That is not easy but at the same time we have to be aware that they do come from Jehovah and obey.

Well, it is time to trust in Jehovah and remember that he guides his people and that the best thing we can do is obey him and follow his guidance.

Well, we can also notice that today there are many people who boast that they are representatives of God but we see that the advice and that are not practical or are misguided, meaning that therefore it is not good to follow these men who claim to represent God.

Yes, it is good that we do this analysis because more than ever we need to have this trust in these representatives precisely because they are not perfect and they make mistakes and perhaps that makes it difficult for us to obey.

Series of images: 1. Joshua listens respectfully to Moses. 2. King Hezekiah listens with respect to the prophet Isaiah's explanation of a portion of the Scriptures. 3. HOW JEHOVAH GUIDED THE NATION OF ISRAEL

4, 5. How did Jehovah demonstrate that he was using Moses to guide the Israelites? (See cover drawing).

He not only appointed Moses to guide them but also gave as proof the pillar of cloud that they saw during the day and the one they saw during the night so that they could see that Jehovah was guiding them.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Jehovah supported Moses as a leader by giving clear evidence of his divine support. Like the column of cloud during the day and the column of fire during the night, which indicated the direction to follow. This led the Israelites to the Red Sea, where Jehovah intervened with a miracle to save them. Furthermore, Jehovah continued to guide Moses for 40 years in the wilderness by placing the pillar of cloud over Moses' tent, from where he spoke with him and conveyed his instructions to the people.

This test was not a two-day test but he spent 40 years guiding him, this had to have good confidence that Moses was chosen by Jehovah.

Exodus 14:2, yes this text makes it clear that who was leading the people of Israel and Moses followed the guidance of Jehovah because it was the instructions that Jehovah had given him to go to that place because the story, as the paragraph says, says that by following this column they took the Israelites in front of the Red Sea a place where there was no escape and the armies came and they felt surrounded, so they blamed Moses he had made a mistake he was an imperfect man the direction he was giving was wrong everything they We had analyzed in the previous paragraph, however we can see how later by a miracle Jehovah opened the sea and realized that it was Jehovah who was guiding and the text that we have just read shows us or supports the idea that Jehovah was the one who guided the people not Moses.

We see how here Jehovah supports Moses with very clear evidence that there was no room for error, however, because they refused to recognize that the role that Moses had, the consequence of his disobedience was that they did not enter the promised land, which teaches us the importance of also being obedient and following Jehovah's guidance and more so in these times we live in.

Yes, it is not something that only Moses saw but the column was there visible to all the Israelites night and day, in fact Jehovah even placed it above Moses' tent to make them see clearly that that column is the one that guided the people. of Israel, therefore that column was not something imaginary of Moses but something that Jehovah had done so that the Israelites realized that that column was the one who guided, that is, he himself guided his people.

Furthermore, we must convince ourselves that Jehovah's guidance is always the best and he always does things for our benefit. If the Israelites had not been camped where he had said, it is very likely that the armies, one of two, would either have killed them or Jehovah would have killed them directly. would have punished them for disobeying, but we see how thanks to Jehovah's guidance he freed his people from the Egyptians once and for all and they were never again under the Egyptian yoke, so without a doubt we must convince ourselves that the guidance that we receive from Jehovah through his organization, as we will see later, is always the best for us.

Yes, the note in paragraph 5 also fills us all with confidence, there it also speaks of that angel who had the mission of going before the camp and now he is identified as Jesus, which was the name that Angel received was Michael and We all know that is the name that Jesus receives as in the position of head of Los Angeles, so this also reinforces our confidence today that Jesus has been training himself from almost the beginning to now know how to lead the people of his father how to guide us today, so this also reinforces our confidence that we are very well cared for by both Jehovah and his son Jesus to whom he has given this responsibility today.

Yes, the note says that he also entrusted an angel with the mission of going ahead of them in front of the camp and it was the Angel Michael who had that title to Jesus as leader of the angels.

From a human point of view, it seems that Moses had led them to a dead end, with one part of the sea behind the Egyptians and yet Jehovah was preparing his stage to sanctify himself.

ILLUSTRATION

Yes, in the image we can see how Jehovah did it Exodus 13:21 says that during the day he guided them with this pillar of cloud and we see how the Israelites looked at it we see a little girl who is saying to a smaller girl look at the It is a cloud, we have to continue and it was evident to them that Jehovah used him to guide them.

A crowd of Israelite men, women and children following the pillar of cloud in the desert. Moses followed the pillar of cloud to lead God's people through the desert. (See paragraphs 4 and 5).

6. How did the Israelites respond to Jehovah’s guidance? (Numbers 14:2, 10, 11).

Most Israelites rejected Jehovah's guidance by disobeying and refusing to recognize Moses as their God-appointed representative. His unbelief and rebellion are reflected in his constant disobedience and complaining, as mentioned in Numbers 14:2,10,11. This attitude of distrust and lack of faith resulted in Jehovah not allowing that generation to enter the promised land. The lesson here is that disobedience and lack of faith in divine guidance can lead to serious consequences and loss of God's blessings.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

From the text we have just read we see that many of the Israelites refused to accept the authority of Moses who was Jehovah's representative and even openly challenged his leadership despite having witnessed miracles and having seen Jehovah's constant protection during their journey through the desert therefore precisely because of the lack of faith and obstinacy of the Israelites that prevented them from recognizing the hand of God in their lives.

And then they paid the consequences because then in verse 30 of this same chapter they show how Jehovah did not allow them to enter the promised land, that is, all actions have their consequences, they disobeyed again and again and they then paid the consequences.

Yes, of course, now we have many Moses here in the congregation, we have the elders who take care of us who give us guidelines, it is up to us if we do not want to look like the Israelites who rejected the clear evidence time after time or not look like them and continue. on the right path and thus be able to benefit from Jehovah's guidance.

In the case of the Israelites, they made the mistake of seeing Moses as the one who gave the instructions and was Jehovah, and its consequence was that they did not enter the promised land, so we do not have to see our brothers as those who give us the instructions, we have to have faith that they come from Jehovah and not object to that because it can cost us eternal life.

And we see how the consequences were not small as we read in Numbers 14:30 it says that Jehovah denied him the entrance that he swore to give them so that they could live in it to the promised land, so how it really was important to Jehovah and the consequences were great.

But it might seem strange that they had not seen it because with so much evidence, but the truth is that the majority in the end rejected it, so it would be good for us to ask ourselves if we had been there what I would have done in their place, because when men imperfect ones direct us and give us guidelines because if we do not trust in Jehovah's guidance, which is what we are analyzing, then we could have acted like them.

And it is very interesting that when the Israelites turned against Moses Aaron for taking him there and because of the fear they had at the entrance to the promised land, what Jehovah tells them is that until how long will they treat me with disrespect until When will they not trust after everything I have done for them, Jehovah took it very seriously as if they had done it against him and in reality they were doing it to the representatives that he had on earth.

7. Who followed Jehovah's guidance? (Numbers 14:24; see also image).

And as it says here, he obeyed Jehovah and Jehovah rewarded him, saying that he allowed him to choose the place he wanted to live in Canaan.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Unlike most, some Israelites like Caleb and the next generation led by Joshua demonstrated faith and obedience to Jehovah's guidance. These individuals faithfully followed God's instructions and were rewarded with entry into the Promised Land, as mentioned in Numbers 14:24 and Joshua 21:43,44. The lesson here is that those who trust and follow Jehovah's guidance are blessed and receive God's promise.

And like him, the next generation also allowed themselves to be guided by Jehovah because it says that they respected Joshua all the days of their lives.

And that's why because they were obedient to Jehovah, it says that he blessed them and allowed them to enter the promised land.

And it is interesting that Jehovah says about Caleb in verse 24 that he continued to follow me because I have not said that he has followed Moses but me, so that shows that for Jehovah it is the same whether we listen directly to him or to his representative.

Yes, also as it says in the final part of 24, we see that everything had a great reward since it even allowed him and his future generation to choose a place in Canaan where they wanted to live.

ILLUSTRATION

Joshua listens respectfully to Moses. Moses and his successor, Joshua. (See paragraphs 5 and 7).

8. How did Jehovah guide his people during the time of the kings? (See also the image).

The kings who were faithful were because they accepted Jehovah and the means he used, which were his prophets, for example in the case of King David, he humbly accepted the correction made to him by the prophet Nathan.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

During the time of the Kings, Jehovah continued to guide his people through judges and prophets. Faithful Kings who listened to and followed Jehovah's guidance were blessed and protected. However, most Kings and the Israelites rejected the guidance of the prophets, which led to disasters and divine punishments, as mentioned in Jeremiah 35:12-15. The lesson is that following Jehovah's guidance through his messengers is essential to receiving his blessings and protection.

There are paragraphs that mention a couple of relationships, in 2 chronicles 20:30 in which it is mentioned that the kingdom of Jehoshaphat had peace and in 32:22 in which it is said that Jehovah saved Hezekiah, so it was also palpable that always that these Kings followed the advice of the prophets that Jehovah had appointed because in the end it was seen that it is true that they prospered, but unfortunately, as mentioned at the end of the paragraph, the majority of the kings and the Israelites continue to reject these prophets.

And there is the image we see precisely how King Hezekiah is listening to the Prophet Isaiah part of the scriptures that he was commenting to him but he is doing it with great respect.

ILLUSTRATION

HOW JEHOVAH GUIDED THE EARLY CHRISTIANS

9. How did Jehovah guide first-century Christians? (See also the image).

Well, he formed the Christian congregation with Jesus as its head as indicated in Ephesians 5:23, but we know that Jesus did not speak directly with each of them but rather used Apostles and elders who could direct the work.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

In the first century Jehovah established the Christian congregation and Jesus was named its head, although Jesus was no longer physically present, he saw the congregation through the Apostles and local elders and leaders. In the congregation these leaders provided spiritual direction based on the principles taught by Jesus. The lesson is that divine guidance is manifested through God-appointed leaders and following their direction is vital to the growth and unity of the congregation.

If we take into account a little what preceded this whole situation when the apostle Paul spoke in 1 Thessalonians 5:12 he wrote to the brothers to show respect to those who work hard among you asking them to be considerate because he knew that the congregation It had just been formed, which was very recent, but even so, knowing that the elders who led that congregation were very new, he still asked that they continue to obey him and collaborate with them.

Well, in the image we see the Apostles and the elders of Jerusalem, logically they were the ones who took the lead and unlike what we have seen until now, it seems that it was a larger group of people. It seems that these apostles, the elders of Jerusalem, the elders of the congregations But for that reason they did not stop being the guide that Jehovah had chosen for his people, so we see that they were basing themselves on the scriptures. Jehovah was blessing them and Jesus was also the head of the congregation and we will see the results now.

ILLUSTRATION

A meeting of the apostles and elders of Jerusalem. The apostles and elders of Jerusalem. (See paragraph 9).

10. a) How did most first-century Christians respond to the instructions they received? (Acts 15:30, 31).

Well, as we have read, most of them followed her willingly. They even felt happy to receive those words of encouragement.

Most first century Christians received the instructions willingly and followed them joyfully as mentioned in Acts 15:30 and 31, this attitude reflecting a humble acceptance and trust in divine guidance through Jehovah's representatives. at that time. The lesson here is that a willingness to follow Jehovah's guidance leads to spiritual happiness and blessing.

10. b) Why did some not accept Jehovah's representatives in Bible times? (See the sidebar “Why some refuse to accept the obvious.”)

Yes because they were proud, we see how some Israelites did not want to accept that Jehovah had chosen Moses because they believed themselves to be too important and there is recorded the number 16:1 to 3 because how they rebelled against Moses along with 250 other Israelites.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Some individuals in Bible times refused to accept Jehovah's representatives because of their pride and arrogance, as mentioned in John 3:19, 2 Peter 3:3,4, and Jude 18.

For example, some Israelites rejected Moses and many did not accept Jesus despite the miracles he performed, due to their arrogance and belief that they were too important to follow divine guidance through men, in contrast to those who are humble. They sincerely love the truth, they recognize divine guidance through Jehovah's appointed representatives. The lesson is that humility and love of truth are essential to recognizing and accepting divine guidance in all its forms.

And it says that for similar reasons many had also rejected Jesus and in John 12:37 it tells us that despite having performed so many miracles, even though they had seen them, they had still rejected them.

It is very interesting that chapter 15 that we are considering because at the end when they saw that this was the instruction from the Apostles, they felt happy as we mentioned, but it is very interesting because what he was telling them was tremendously revealing because he was changing about the law nothing more and nothing less and so the point is that they still accepted that direction as representatives of Jehovah and the point is that they were happy to do so.

And from here we draw a very valuable lesson and that is that a defect like pride, a human defect can blind even obvious things. We have already seen the example in previous paragraphs, the cloud by day, a column of fire at night, further proof that this was impossible Jesus with its miracles, however, a human defect such as pride can blind the most obvious things, which is why we have to be careful with this.

Why some refuse to accept the obvious

Why do some refuse to accept clear evidence that Jehovah uses human beings to guide his people? In many cases, out of pride (John 3:19; 2 Pet. 3:3, 4; Jude 18). For example, some Israelites did not want to accept that Jehovah had chosen Moses because they believed themselves to be too important.—Num. 16:1-3. For similar reasons, many rejected Jesus despite the miracles he performed (John 12:37, 43). On the other hand, those who are humble and have a heart for the truth can clearly see that Jehovah is using men to guide his people.—Matt. 16:16, 17. Following that guide is always best.

HOW JEHOVAH GUIDES US TODAY

11. Give an example that shows how Jehovah has guided his representatives today.

This example shows how Jehovah has guided his representatives today through diligent study of the scriptures. Charles Russell and his collaborators examined Bible prophecies and concluded that 1914 would be a significant year for the Kingdom of God.

Events that occurred that year, such as the outbreak of World War I, validated their understanding and demonstrated that Jehovah was using these men to help his people. This example illustrates the importance of trusting in divine guidance through Bible study to understand the times in which we live.

12, 13. What was done during World War II to give a boost to preaching and teaching?

During World War II, Jehovah's Witness leaders recognized that after the war there would be an opportunity for global preaching. Based on their study of Revelation 17:8, they decided to establish the Watchtower Bible College of Gilead to prepare Missionaries and expand preaching. Despite the global conflict, brothers were sent to different countries to preach and teach.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

The brothers responsible understood that after the Second World War they would have a period of peace, which is why what we know today as the Bible School of Gilead began to prepare missionaries to preach in places around the world. where good news had not been heard before.

If the paragraph of Revelation 17:8 is mentioned where it speaks of that beast or the society of nations that had gone to the abyss but would rise again, then they would understand although their desire was to quickly rule in heaven but no, they would have to continue preaching to be still good news.

We do see that Jehovah blessed these decisions because each year through the annual report we see the increase in publishers around the world despite the problems that may arise and we also see very beautiful experiences that indicate that Jehovah is guiding and blessing his people.

But let's see, we are going to preach now if the world is collapsing, however Jehovah's guidance made the brothers do this work, they distinguished it in this way and how much blessing now, as they say in retrospect, how much blessing we see that Jehovah poured out and that is being seen.

We observed that at a time when the human decision would have been to stop everything, we waited, Jehovah's people are not like that, Jehovah is directing and it was time for schools to progress because we look at the increase that has occurred since the school began until Now it was clear that Jehovah was clear about the progress he was going to see.

14. Why can we trust in the guidance of Jehovah's organization and the elders? (Revelation 2:1; see also image).

It is interesting to note that the paragraph recognizes that the organization, superintendents and elders are imperfect and sometimes make mistakes, but despite that we can have a compelling reason to trust the guidance they give us and it is what the verse we have said says. read Revelation 2:1 that they are guided by the right hand that is Christ.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Reliance on the guidance of Jehovah's Organization and the elders is based on your constant seeking of Christ's guidance and your effort to align your decisions with the views of Jehovah and Jesus.

Although elders are imperfect and can make mistakes, Jesus' promise to guide the faithful slave and the elders gives us security in the direction he provides us through Revelation 21, we are reminded that the elders are at the right hand of Christ, suggesting a position of authority and proximity to him, although it is possible for elders to make mistakes, the assurance that Jesus closely guides the organization and its leaders gives us confidence in the direction they give us.

The text that we have read is very beautiful because it allows us to imagine Jesus with his open hand very attentive, watching over each of these 7 stars that have the palm, which are the anointed elders and also the elders by extension of the congregation, so we see how Jesus lovingly and closely monitors what they do and is responsible for giving them guidance, so that all the instructions we receive through them are in harmony with what Jehovah and what he desires.

What catches my attention brother is a small detail in the image, there is the governing body and each and every one of them has a Bible in their hand, they are trying to seek the direction of Jehovah and to pay attention to his instructions and then Well, the transmission belt, the circuits, the elderly, etc., but everything emanates from Jehovah and his word.

And in the note he talks about the role of the governing body, he says that they are not, let's say, the masters of our faith, but rather they do everything very seriously so that the brothers can do it and understand well what Jehovah tells them. says.

And Matthew 28:20 there Jesus Christ reminds us that he will be with all of us until the very conclusion of the system of things and it is important because thinking about what awaits us within, there may not be instructions that we do not understand or we may see them as unreasonable as happened to him. to Moses and at that time it will be important that we trust in the guidance of Jehovah and those he has delegated.

Yes, we also see in the congregations that there are many new elderly brothers because those who already have more experience should also listen to them because they also bring new blood.

THE BENEFITS OF ALWAYS FOLLOWING JEHOVAH'S GUIDE

15, 16. What do you learn from those who have allowed themselves to be guided by Jehovah?

Well, we learn that those who allow themselves to be guided by Jehovah and his advice are very happy people, although it requires sacrifices and effort, it is worth it. The example of Andy and Robin shows us this, as we have read, they applied the advice of Matthew 6:22 to have The eye was well focused and in that they made a very simple life and I really like what she mentions, that they are happy because they are giving Jehovah the best they have and that makes them really happy and he says that his greatest joy is to wear himself out. completely for the kingdom.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

From those who have allowed themselves to be guided by Jehovah, we learn valuable lessons about the importance of following his advice and guidelines in our lives. Andy and Robyn. For example, they chose a simple life which allowed them to contribute to construction projects for the organization.

On the other hand, Marcia also made decisions based on Jehovah's teachings, opting for pioneering instead of a university scholarship, this choice led her to enjoy a life dedicated to spiritual goals. These examples highlight how following Jehovah's guidance not only leads to a fuller and more meaningful life in the present, but also prepares us for the future blessings of the new world.

Yes, the note from Matthew 6:22 that we have read makes it very clear, it is not possible, just as the literal eye is not capable of focusing on two things at the same time because otherwise it would not work well, just as if we put the kingdom first. because it derives from Matthew 6:33, we cannot put Jehovah first and material things, entertainment second, we cannot, things would not turn out well, so if, for example, here we have the example of a couple and another sister who did put Jehovah first place and I stay with Andy's phrase that there is no greater joy than completely wearing yourself out for the Kingdom.

And without a doubt, we all really want to be enjoying life in the new world, right? Well, what the sister tells us is that if we work for Jehovah, if we allow ourselves to be guided by his own guidance, it is as if we were giving a little taste. It is full but it is a little bit and that will no longer be happy.

The example is the experience of a brother of ours called Marcia and she comments that when she finished her studies she decided to follow the advice of Romans 12:11 where it says to be hardworking and not lazy, she received a scholarship from the university, an important 4-year scholarship but He rejected her and why he rejected her because she wanted to concentrate on spiritual goals, that's why she says she enrolled in a technical school to learn a trade and be a pioneer and now she is a pioneer and her schedule allows her to collaborate at Bethel as an external collaborator and enjoy of other nice service privileges.

Something that can also help us is our conversations when we spend time with them, what we tell them about the goals that can be good for them and this is something that we can all contribute.

17. In what other ways can we benefit from always following Jehovah's guidance? (Isaiah 48:17, 18).

Always following Jehovah's guidance benefits us in numerous aspects of life by protecting us from materialism and other spiritual dangers, allowing us to maintain a clear conscience and avoid unnecessary headaches. This allows us to focus completely on our service to God which brings us deep happiness and inner peace.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Isaiah 48:17 and 18 reminds us that Jehovah is our faithful day and helps us avoid spiritual dangers, leading us toward eternal life.

Well, we see that obeying Jehovah's guides first brings us closer to Jehovah and second, they avoid problems because the decisions we make according to Jehovah's guide always bring benefits and we also know that the other guides have nothing to do with the spiritual. this world and generally in the long run they always bring problems.

Just as we have read, when we have to make a decision, first let us think about what Jehovah wants us to do, what advice he gives us through his organization and then, even if it is difficult for us or perhaps we do not fully understand exactly why, if we do it as he says Here in the paragraph we are going to avoid many unnecessary headaches and that is so, they are going to protect us because in the end that is what Jehovah wants to protect us like a good father.

18. Why do you always want to follow Jehovah's guidance?

Yes, since Jehovah is going to continue using people to guide his people, as Psalms 45:16 says, he is going to appoint princes throughout the earth. If not, if we are not obedient now, it will be difficult for us to do so later.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

I desire to always follow Jehovah's guidance, because I trust that he will guide me to avoid spiritual dangers and achieve eternal life in the new world. I recognize that his guidance, transmitted through the men they have appointed to care for us, assures me of a life in harmony with his divine purposes. By following his lead, I experience inner peace and lasting happiness, knowing that I am walking the path he has laid out for me.

The answer to the question of why I always want to follow Jehovah's guidance is because I need it, because without it we would not go anywhere. I need to be guided by Jehovah and I appreciate it that way.

WHAT WOULD YOU ANSWER?

How did Jehovah guide the nation of Israel?

Jehovah guided the nation of Israel in various ways, appointing leaders such as Moses and Joshua to lead his people, and providing them with clear signs of his presence and guidance such as the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night. He also sent prophets to instruct the people and reveal his will, these supernatural manifestations and appointed leaders helped Israel navigate through challenges and fulfill Divine purposes.

Well, he guided her through Moses, he also gave proof that he was with Moses through the cloud, the fire at night, and through the acts of salvation that he performed. After Moses, he also gave him leaders such as Joshua, judges, and prophets. so Jehovah was always with them giving them good advice and guidance.

Yes, later after the death of Moses he used Joshua as a healing leader and we have seen that years later he also used the judges for the nation and at the time of the Kings since the prophets were also used.

How did Jehovah guide the early Christians?

He did appoint Jesus as head of the congregation and then used the apostles, the elders of Jerusalem, to direct the work.

Jehovah guided the early Christians directly through Jesus Christ, who founded the congregation and appointed the apostles as leaders. Furthermore, he sent the Holy Spirit to guide them in preaching the Gospel, interpreting the scriptures, and organizing the congregation of believers. This divine guidance ensured the spread of Christianity and the cohesion of the early church.

How does following Jehovah's guidance benefit us?

Well, having a clear conscience, incredible peace and happiness.

Following Jehovah's guidance benefits us in many ways. He protects us from spiritual dangers by providing us with moral standards and principles that help us make wise decisions and avoid evil. Furthermore, it offers us direction and purpose in life, allowing us to live according to His commandments and fulfill His will.
