APPLY YOURSELF TO THE FIELD MINISTRY: 31-July-6-August-2023, Speech, Lesson 10, Assignment Prepared.

Speech (5 min.): km 11/12 1. Title: Let's enjoy our hard work (th lec. 10).

As we know, work dignifies the person and work itself produces many achievements for the person who does it. And it is that God has created all human beings with the ability to see good because of our hard work, as mentioned in Ecclesiastes 2:24

LET'S READ ECCLESIASTES 2:24.

There is nothing better for a man than to eat, drink and enjoy his hard work. I have come to the conclusion that this also comes from the hand of the true God.

Yes, work is rewarding, but when we don't see good results, we may get discouraged. Our ministry is also work, and also if we don't see good results, we may lose the enthusiasm we had before.

But how can we maintain a positive attitude? It is important to have a realistic expectation. Although few heard Jesus, no one would say that he was unsuccessful in his ministry.

In the Illustration of the Sower, Jesus himself predicted that there would be many hearts in which the seed of the kingdom message would not prosper.

But let us see all that Our effort achieves. In what sense do we produce fruit? The Illustration of the Sower indicates that those who accept the message of the Kingdom will produce fruit.

When a stalk of wheat sprouts and matures, it does not produce new stalks, but new seeds. In the same way, the fruit that a Christian produces does not necessarily consist in making new disciples, but in multiplying that seed, that is, speaking the message of the Kingdom over and over again.

The good result we have will fill us with satisfaction, regardless of people's response. By preaching, we help make Jehovah's name hallowed. And it is an honor to be collaborators with God. How he mentions 1 Corinthians 3:9, which I invite you to read, says this:

LET'S READ 1 CORINTHIANS 3:9.

Because we are collaborators of God. You are God's field that he is cultivating, God's building.

So working for Jehovah is rewarding. And let's also remember that we won't always see the good results of our hard work instantly, some of those who listened to Jesus may not have become disciples while he was on earth.

Likewise, it may take a while for the seed of the kingdom that we plant in someone's heart to take root and grow, and perhaps that person becomes a Witness without our knowing it.

So the objective of this speech is to encourage the audience to continue bearing many fruits through preaching and that is why we are going to read the last text of the speech which is John 5:8, if you found it please accompany me with the reading it says like this :

LET'S READ JOHN 5:8.

This glorifies my father: may they always bear much fruit and prove to be my disciples.

Dear brothers, let's prove to be disciples of Jesus and be satisfied with our hard work whether people listen or not. Since if we continue to bear much fruit we will show that we are his disciples and we will glorify the Holy Name of our God Jehovah.
