Make disciples of people of all nations (Matt. 28:19).
Who should get the credit when we do well in the ministry? Paul answered this question when he wrote the following words about the Corinthian congregation: “I planted, Apollos watered, but God kept making it grow, so neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God, who makes it grow” ( 1 Corinthians 3:6, 7). Whenever we are successful in the ministry, we must give all the credit to Jehovah, just as Paul did. How can we show appreciation for the honor of partnering with God, Christ, and the angels? (2 Cor. 6:1). Looking for opportunities to share the good news with as many people as possible. We must not only plant the seeds of truth, but also water them. When a person is interested in the message, we want to do everything possible to cultivate his interest in starting a Bible study. When a student is progressing to become a disciple, we are glad to see how Jehovah influences his mind and heart. w20.05 30 pars. 14, 16-18
What Bible account illustrates Jehovah's important role in our ministry?
What is being achieved with such support? When we sow the Kingdom message, some seeds fall into receptive hearts and sprout (Matt. 13:18, 23). Who makes these seeds sprout and bear fruit? Jesus explained that no one can become his disciple unless “the Father . . . draws him” (John 6:44). In the Bible we find a story that illustrates it. On one occasion, Paul preached to some women outside the city of Philippi. Let's look at what the Bible says about one of them, named Lydia: “Jehovah opened her heart completely to pay attention to the things that Paul was saying” (Acts 16:13-15). Just as he did with Lydia, Jehovah has brought millions of people to his people.

How can we show appreciation for the honor of partnering with God, Christ, and the angels? Looking for opportunities to share the good news with as many people as possible. And we can do this in different ways, for example, preaching "publicly and from house to house" (Acts 20:20). Many brothers love to preach informally. When they meet someone they don't know, they greet them warmly and try to start a conversation. If the person is willing to talk, they tactfully present the Kingdom message.
How do we water the seeds of truth? How did Jehovah help a Bible student named Raphalalani?
As "laborers together with God," we must not only plant the seeds of truth, but also water them. When someone is interested in the message, we want to do everything we can to cultivate their interest or ask someone to contact them about starting a Bible study. When a student is progressing to become a disciple, we are glad to see how Jehovah influences his mind and heart.
Take the case of Raphalalani, a healer from South Africa. He loved everything he was learning in his Bible classes. But he was presented with a great obstacle when he read what the Word of God teaches about communicating with the ancestors (Deut. 18: 10-12). Little by little, he allowed God to shape his way of thinking. And, in time, he stopped being a sorcerer, although that was how he made his living. Now 60 years old, he says: “I am very grateful to Jehovah's Witnesses because they helped me in many ways, including finding a job. But most of all, I have to thank Jehovah, who helped me clean up my life, and now I can participate in the ministry as a baptized Witness.”
What are we determined to do?
In this article we have talked about four treasures that are not seen. The most valuable of all is that Jehovah is our best friend. Thanks to this great honor, we can enjoy other invisible treasures: turning to him in prayer, experiencing the help of the holy spirit from him, and receiving support from heaven in the ministry. We are determined to value each once again these unseen treasures. And we will never stop thanking Jehovah for being such a wonderful friend.
