APLPLY YOUR SELFTO THE FIELD MINISTRY: 31-October-6-November 2022, First conversation, Lesson 17, Prepared Assignment.
PUBLISHER: Good morning, I was talking to people about a question and would like to get your opinion.
HOUSEHOLDER: Well, to be honest, I don't like religion.
PUBLISHER: I understand, but I can know why you think like that?
HOUSEHOLDER: Today, there are so many religions that it is not known which one is true.
PUBLISHER: What you say is true, there are many religions and one has to know how to choose well, but this morning I was not talking about religion, I am talking about where to choose or find good advice. But that they are true and that they are for our benefit.
HOUSEHOLDER: Yes, you talk to me about advice, because I suppose that one has to be guided by what their conscience tells them if it is right or wrong, because, as you say, sometimes they turn out to be true and sometimes they turn out to be false.
PUBLISHER: What you say is true. There are many counselors such as educated people, one can also find advice in books and television programs, in reality there are many media where we can find advice, but how many of those are true and beneficial for us.
HOUSEHOLDER: I really wouldn't know exactly what to say to him.
PUBLISHER: That's why this morning I was talking to our neighbors about where we could find good advice.
HOUSEHOLDER: And then, where did we find it? I would like to know.
PUBLISHER: I would like you to read this Bible text from 2 Timothy 3:16-17.
HOUSEHOLDER: Yes, it's fine, it goes like this...
PUBLISHER: Thanks for reading, it is true that many people have trusted it as a result of making a good decision following the Bible, but when it is the first time, a certain doubt arises in how can one trust its words? it seems if next time we talk about it?.
HOUSEHOLDER: Of course I would be interested to know that point.
PUBLISHER : So next week he visited her and we answered that question.
HOUSEHOLDER: It's fine, thank you, I hope so.
