Let's Examine the Scriptures Every Day 2022

We are collaborators with God. You are God's field that he is cultivating (1 Cor. 3:9).
Do we preach in a territory where it is not easy to find people in their homes or get them to listen to us? If that discourages us, what can we do to maintain or even increase our joy? It is important to have the right point of view about ministry. What does this mean? Let us keep in mind that the most important thing is to proclaim the name of God and the Kingdom. Jesus made it clear that few people would find the way that leads to life (Matt. 7:13, 14). On the other hand, when preaching we have the honor of collaborating with Jehovah, Jesus and the angels (Matt. 28:19, 20; Rev. 14:6, 7). Furthermore, it is Jehovah who brings into his organization those who wish to serve him.—John 6:44. So it may be that a person doesn't hear the message now but will the next time we talk to them. A sister named Deborah says: "Discouragement can be a very powerful weapon in the hands of Satan." But Satan and his weapons don't stand a chance against Jehovah. w20.12 26 para. 18; 27 paras. 19, 21
How do Psalm 41:3 and 94:19 encourage us?
Let us seek Jehovah's help. It's not easy to stay positive when you're sick, especially if it's a chronic illness. Of course, Jehovah is not going to heal us today in a miraculous way, but what he does do is comfort us and give us the strength we need to endure (read Psalm 41: 3; 94:19). How does he do it? Perhaps he prompts some siblings to offer to help with some shopping or household chores. He can also encourage our brothers to pray with us. He can even remind us of comforting insights from His Word, such as the wonderful hope of enjoying a perfect life without pain and disease in the new world (Rom. 15:4).
What helped Isang move on after his accident?
Isang, who lives in Nigeria, was paralyzed after an accident, and a doctor told him he would never walk again. He admits: "He was heartbroken and despondent." What helped him out of the hole? He explains: “My wife and I never stop praying to Jehovah and studying his Word. Furthermore, we were determined to show gratitude for the good things we have, including the hope of living in God's new world.”
