Congregation Book Study, March 21-27, 2022, Chapter 22, Paragraphs 10-22, Answers.
Congregation Bible Study (30 min.): rr chap. 22 paras. 10-22.
Second teaching: remain united in the pure worship of Jehovah
10-14. How has the importance of remaining united in the pure worship of Jehovah been emphasized?
Chapter 8. This promise highlights the importance of collaborating with one another in an atmosphere of peace and unity under the direction of Jesus.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
In chapter 8 we saw how Jehovah would appoint "one Shepherd", Jesus to guide and care for his sheep. Therefore, it is very important that we remain united to receive this spiritual food and collaborate with one another for the direction of Jesus.
In addition, by remaining united in this spiritual paradise we also enjoy peace, and for this we must all do our bit to maintain the same set of beliefs and the same pattern of behavior. As we saw in 1 Corinthians 1:10 "let us be fitly united in the same mind and in the same way of thinking."
Chapter 9. Regardless of our origin or physical appearance, our social class or the religion we had before, we must maintain the unity that identifies us as the people of God.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
In chapter 9 we saw the importance of adapting ourselves from everything related to false religion so as not to contaminate ourselves with its false teachings. And that is why it is very important to stay united because then none of these teachings will be able to get into the congregation.
Chapter 10. We belong to a spiritually restored people who worship Jehovah purely and advance united as an army.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
In this chapter we saw the prophecy of the dry bones coming back together. This conveys the idea of staying together. In 1919 Jehovah put his spirit in his town and it is as if "they live again". From then on, as Ezekiel 37:10 says, a "very great army" of Jehovah's servants has been formed who will worship him with purity and which will not stop growing.
Chapter 12. Despite living in a world divided by political and religious hatred, we are held together by love and loyalty.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
In this chapter we saw the prophecy of the two sticks coming together. This prophecy serves to illustrate how two groups would unite and that unity is thanks to Jehovah. Unlike the world and false religion, both the anointed and the other sheep are held together by love and loyalty.
It is also interesting that this unity will never be broken, because the worship of Jehovah "is among us", as we saw in Ezekiel 37:28, if we keep busy in giving pure worship to Jehovah we will maintain that valuable unity.
Chapter 16. Only those who are giving pure worship to Jehovah when the “great tribulation” comes will have a chance to be marked for survival.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
In this chapter we saw the vision of the man with the inkwell, who represents Jesus Christ, and the men with the weapons. We were able to remember that only those who give pure worship to Jehovah when the great tribulation comes will be saved. And we today must remain united preaching and warning about what is coming, so that these people also have the opportunity to be "marked" to survive.
Third teaching: show love to others
15-18. Why should we keep showing love? And in what ways can we do it?
Chapter 4. When we speak and treat others with love, we show that Jehovah is our God.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
In this chapter we saw that "the face of man" mentioned in Ezekiel 1:10 represents love. So when we speak and treat people with love, we reflect Jehovah's love and show that he is our God. And we demonstrate this among the brothers and with the people when we preach to them.
Chapters 6 and 11. We are honored to reflect God's love by fulfilling our duty to support the work of the current sentinel.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
We show love because, like Jehovah, we do not want anyone to be destroyed. Therefore, we continue to fulfill what Jehovah has asked us to do: to warn people over and over again of the end of this evil system. In addition, in this way we will support our sentinel, Jesus Christ.
And maybe most people don't listen to us, they don't want to grow up that this world is going to end. But as long as there is time, we must continue to help people find the path that leads to life.
Chapters 17 and 18. Because it will motivate us to warn as many people as possible that Jehovah will eliminate those who mistreat his people.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Jehovah has warned us that they are going to attack his people and his love will impel him to defend us. We out of love also warn the maximum number of people to reconcile with God and warn that Jehovah will eliminate those who oppose him and threaten his people.
Chapters 19, 20, and 21. Jehovah's greatest display of love was laying down the life of his Son, and these visions reveal what that sacrifice accomplishes. We can show love by telling them about the wonderful future that Jehovah offers to those who have faith in his Son.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
In this chapter we saw that the greatest sign of Jehovah's love was to give his son to forgive our sins and to be able to enjoy perfect eternal life. We also want to show that love by speaking of the wonderful future that Jehovah offers to those who have faith in his son, Jesus.
19. What will Jesus do during the Thousand Year Reign? (See sidebar “Events Surrounding the Final Test.”)
What Jesus will do during the thousand-year Reign will be to resurrect millions of people and eliminate the pain caused by our enemy, death.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
One of the things he promises us he's going to do is bring billions of people back to life and take away the pain of death. 1 Corinthians 15:26 says it very clearly: "and the last enemy, death, will be destroyed." All those resurrected will have the opportunity to write a new story, a better one.
And it will also help us eliminate the main cause of our suffering, the sin inherited from Adam. There will be no more wars, disease or famine. Jesus is going to undo the works of the devil completely, as 1John 3:8 says.
20. Why do we say that Jesus and the 144,000 will display outstanding humility? (See the drawing at the beginning).
Because Jesus and the 144,000 will deliver the Kingdom to Jehovah. This shows that they were humble and did not care to rule.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Because both Jesus and the 144,000 who have been ruling for 1000 years, will leave the position of authority and hand over the King to Jehovah. And they will deliver the Kingdom to Jehovah. And they will show humility because they will also do all this with great pleasure.

the ultimate test
21, 22. (a) What will the world be like at the end of the 1,000 years?
At the end of the 1,000 years, we will all be part of a close-knit family, and above all a family that will faithfully serve Jehovah.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
When Satan and his demons are released, the world will not be the same as before. Now humans will not be deluded by his influence, but we will be part of a united and loving family that will worship Jehovah in a paradise.
(b) Why is Jehovah going to release Satan and his demons?
Because most of those who live at the end of the 1,000 years will never have passed a test of loyalty to Jehovah before. Many of them died without knowing Jehovah and were resurrected in Paradise.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
He is going to release them because most of them have never before been through a test of loyalty to Jehovah. The resurrected ones who did not know Jehovah and all those who are born in paradise will never have been influenced by Satan. So Jehovah will give you the opportunity to show that you are loyal to him.
And continuing with the comment, Satan may accuse those people of serving Jehovah because he protects and blesses them. That's what he did with Job. So that this does not happen, as has already been mentioned, Jehovah will give them the opportunity to show that they are on his side and recognize him as the sovereign.
