APLPLY YOUR SELFTO THE FIELD MINISTRY: Nov 15-21, 2021, First Conversation, Lesson .2 assignment prepared.

First conversation (3 min.): Use the conversation ideas and overcome a common objection in your territory (th lec. 2).

PUBLISHER: Good morning, my name is () and on this day we are talking with all the people and asking them an interesting question, May I ask you too?

HOUSEHOLDER: If it's about religion, then I'm not interested.

PUBLISHER: I understand you, I can ask you if what you are not interested in is the Bible, or is it religion in general.

HOUSEHOLDER: Well, I have nothing against the Bible, in fact, I read it every day, but I am not satisfied with some religions that are based on what the word of God says.

PUBLISHER: Don't worry, our purpose is not to talk to you about religion but about the word of God, and about this, have you ever wondered if it is realistic to think that we will live in a world without wars or violence?

HOUSEHOLDER: Well, I would say yes, especially if that is a promise from God.

PUBLISHER: And it is precisely a promise from him, listen to what the Bible says in Psalm 37: 10,11, it says… Just a little more, and the wicked will no longer exist; you will look where they were, and they will no longer be there. But the meek will inherit the earth and fully enjoy abundant peace. First, what will happen to the wicked?

HOUSEHOLDER: Well, it says here that they will no longer exist.

PUBLISHER: Right, this is a promise from God where he assures that evil people will disappear and therefore there will be no more violence, and instead, what will good people enjoy or the meek ones?

HOUSEHOLDER: They will enjoy abundant peace.

PUBLISHER: Indeed, what a good promise God has for all of us, but now we may wonder, What will the good people or the meek enjoy?

HOUSEHOLDER: I really don't know.

PUBLISHER: In that case, what do you think if on another occasion we answer this other question, what promises in the Bible give us hope? Can I call you at this same time?

HOUSEHOLDER: Of course, I'll be waiting for you to continue talking.
