Let's Examine the Scriptures Every Day 2021

Teach them to obey everything I have commanded you (Matt. 28:20).
As we lead Bible courses, let's begin each class with prayer. As a general rule, when is it best to start praying at the beginning and end of Bible classes? As soon as possible, usually in the weeks after the course has been established. We must help the student to realize that we can only understand the Word of God with the help of the holy spirit. Some Bible teachers raise the subject of prayer by reading James 1: 5, which says, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him constantly ask God for it." Then they ask the student: "How can we ask God for wisdom?" It is probable that he himself will answer that by prayer. Let us teach the student to pray. Let us assure you that Jehovah wants to hear your sincere prayers. Let's explain that we can open our hearts to him to tell him how we feel and talk about things that we might not talk to anyone else. After all, Jehovah already knows our innermost thoughts. --Psalm 139: 2-4. w20.01 2 par. 3; 5 paras. 11, 12
How can we help the student to react well to problems?
Let us teach the student to face problems. Let's take an example. An unbaptized publisher Bible student tells us that a brother in the congregation has offended him. How will we act? Instead of taking sides, let's discuss with the student what the Bible says. We can explain that you have two options: forgive your brother or, if you cannot forget what happened, speak affectionately with him in order to get him back (compare Matthew 18:15). Let's help the student prepare what to say. Let's teach him to use the JW Library® app, the Jehovah's Witness Study Guide, and the jw.org® site to see ways to solve the problem. The more prepared you are to deal with these situations before you are baptized, the better you will get along with your siblings afterward.
What are the advantages when we invite another publisher to join us for a course?
Invite other brothers and the circuit overseer to the course when he visits the congregation. Why? In addition to what we already said in paragraph 13, because other publishers may help the student better than we do in some fields. Suppose the student has tried to quit smoking several times, but has not succeeded. In that case, let us invite a Witness who has overcome the vice, perhaps after several relapses. Perhaps he can give the student some good advice. If we don't feel comfortable teaching the Bible class in front of a more experienced brother, let's ask him to do it. In any case, let's take advantage of the experience of others. Remember that our goal is to help the student grow spiritually.
